Refunds & cancellations

The full reading is a digital product delivered the moment payment succeeds. Before you pay, you see your free crown reading, the exact price and what the full reading contains, so all sales are final.

Always refunded

1. You paid and nothing unlocked. Write to hello@brainshastra.com with the approximate time of payment — we will open your reading or return the full amount, whichever you prefer.
2. You were charged twice. The duplicate is refunded in full.

Refunds go back through Razorpay and usually reach your account in 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.

Delivery

The full reading opens on screen at once, is emailed to you, and is available as a PDF. Nothing is shipped.
